At Evviva we believe a restaurant has to be a combination of things: a place where the food is fresh and flavorful, the prices are fair, the service is quick but not rushed, the staff is respectful and hospitable and the atmosphere is warm and engaging. We want to invite you to our kitchen where all we do is on display and we invite you to relax and enjoy yourself.
We will not be everything to everyone. But we can promise you that we care. We will be fresh, fair, green as we can be, sustainable, natural, flexible and fun. The food will be Italian most of the time but we reserve the right to stray. The pizza will be fantastic, the rest of the menu will delight.
Anthony De Palma, 39, has made a name for himself specializing in farm-to-table food, and has served guests from all over the world. De Palma was recently named “Winner” of Food Networks 2013 Season Premier of Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell and titled “Italian Empire’s Executive Chef” where De Palma demonstrated that he is no stranger to the Italian Cuisine. Yet the Clever does not stop there, he proclaims a passion for world cuisine, uniquely combing ingredients from all over the Mediterranean, France, Asia, and India. De Palma is known for creating inventive, gourmet peasant cuisine, which he calls “Mediter-Asian”.
